What other applications or platforms support FT content?

Many organisations want to integrate FT content into their existing business processes and applications, which is why we offer it via 60+ third-party platforms. These include media monitoring agencies and news aggregators such as Bloomberg, Factiva, LexisNexis and Westlaw. We are working to add even more partners based on customer requests. You can also integrate FT content into your CRM and intranet systems. For example, Credit Suisse uses the FT within its investment management system to provide recommended reading for its adviser team.

What services are included within an FT Group Subscription?

The FT offers a suite of tools to help our business customers make better use of the FT within their organisations. Secure Single Sign-On provides fast and frictionless access to FT apps, on both desktop and mobile. Our enterprise tools address a variety of customer needs:

  • User management: Add and remove users of your subscription, and create groups for different teams within your organisation.
  • Content recommendations: Highlight relevant FT articles for specific people. Users or teams can be automatically set up to ‘follow’ particular topics on based on their areas of interest.
  • Monitor usage: See which team members are accessing FT content – and how it’s being used within your organisation.

How is access to the FT deployed across teams?

The FT customer success team works will work with you to agree a plan to drive adoption within your organisation, and meet your defined requirements. A customer plan typically includes:

  • Best practice guidance on using the FT
  • Training and enablement for administrators
  • Integration of the FT within user workflows
  • Building awareness and adoption within the organisation
